Surprisingly comfortable beds! We checked in close to 1am so we didn’t see any of the common areas. The room was clean, and there were plenty of cups! The parking lot was well lit. We were able to get a space in view of our room and directly under a light. Awesome! We also brought our pet and he had a comfortable stay. It was quiet enough at night that he slept soundly.
The room had floor instead of carpet which I loved but the bathroom floor wasn't terrible but it wasn't the best. The room also a slight funky smell when we walked in but it went away after. Everything other than that was great. And in case this was misses it's PET FRIENDLY WITH A $25 charge per night.
I've stayed three times in this location and each time it's been a little nicer. I'm a business traveler and I chose hotels that coordinate with other programs I use to save money. My expectations are not very high. I expect cleanliness, hospitality and security. The rooms are clean, and some have composite flooring which makes keeping them clean easier. The water is hot and the shower worked great. The b d was clean and comfy! The best part was the service. Our host allowed us to have some OJ late at night when our delivery wasn't in order. He also allowed us an extra hour to checkout when our car wasn't ready on time. Breakfast typical, but it was hot, on time and included with the room. My only criticism is location. There's not much immediately available nearby. Most things are a 10-15 walk away, or a ride share.
What a delightful surprise we had in staying at this hidden gem off I27 in Lubbock! A budget motel with all the basics done well! Clean, tidy, and with comfortable beds (fairly firm). The breakfast bar had all the expected things found at Choice line motels and food was fresh. The people who run the place are so kind and friendly, and even had treats for the dog. I give this place a 5 star rating for cleanliness, location, and value, and the people of course.
Not uncomfortable bed, quiet, clean room, ample parking, security cameras, fast Wi-Fi, free hot breakfast. A few things are not working (soda machine, laundry) and every time you leave the room, have to resign in to Wi-Fi.
I stayed on 4/25-4/28. Rooms were very clean, great breakfast every morning, beds were comfortable, good customer service. I would definitely stay again.
When we pulled up it was really clean, and when we walk in the door the lobby was very clean, the guy at the front desk was really nice and personable. When we got to the door to our room everything was very clean the hallways are clean, The pool is an indoor pool, and there were quite a few kids playing and it was good to see. Everything was very quiet. It was a really good place to get away.
Had to stay in Lubbock for the night. Chose to stay here. Jenny was awesome ! Very professional !! The room was very nice. Very comfortable bed. Plenty to watch on TV. Very quiet. Lots of hot water for the shower. The breakfast was really good. Had the biscuits and gravy... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again, when I'm in town !!
